I decided to put the stairs at the back of the living room for different porposes. First of all because like this you don't block the view from the living to ouside. Then, at the place where I put it there is a better placement for the rooms at the superattic. Then when you come from outside it is more simple to access the upper floor through the stairs without the need to pass through the living room. I couldn't put it in the renders but under the stairs you can put a library and at the wall of the stairs you can put pictures of the family.
I devided the existing room (stanza) into two, to get an office room and a main bathroom.
I closed one of the bathrooms that had access from the kitchen because I made it accessable from the main bathroom as a shower and also because the kitchen can not have too may doors at all parts. I left only the doors to living, dining and laundry.
At the living room I put a chimney over which will be hang a TV but also the chimney with TV can be put at the other side where the mirror is.
At the dinning room I put a round table to make it as central dining corner.
At the second floor I put the walk-in closet at the back of the superattic so it will not occupy the best view. This view will be left for the rooms.
Regarding the double berdoom you can diminuish the area by taking away the upper right corner, letting space only for the entry.
