The main goal in this project was to reorganize the layout, in this proposal, you will find clearly divided the private areas from the social ones. The Master bedroom is almost isolated with its own walk-in closet and bathroom. Then, next to it are the children's bedrooms. The Kitchen was moved and integrated with the dining area and a Laundry area hidden in a closet. Then the social areas, next to the entrance, are open, friendly, and cozy. The new surface earned by removing the roof, is a multipurpose room, it is fully equipped for kids to study, play, stay with friends, watch a movie, listen music, is a semi private space connected to the living area. Next to the living area is the access to the terrace, which now has the table you wanted to keep, in order to have dinner with friends. Between the terrace and the kitchen, there is a little room with a sofa bed, ir order to receive guests, and also a bookshelf, can also work as a study room.
