Our target was to create a sunny happy modern space for easy living. First an Independent suite for collaborator, where can use it as an apartment even for airbnb! Next the owners suite with walk-in closet, toilet area and glass shower for more natural lighting. The living area, simple and minimal, just a L sofa and stools front of the tv and fireplace. For the dining we use a build in bench seat, and wood table and chairs. In the kitchen area now the sink is front of the view and a small table for 3 people added. Last but best, because there are 2 suites with en-suite bathrooms, we had to add a W.C. for the guests. The materials are simple, white marble tiles on the floor, wooden objects, and color palette inspired from the sea sun and sand.
