_Questa casa su due piani è stata progettata per combinare eleganza moderna e comfort, creando uno spazio abitativo sereno e funzionale. _Quarto piano Il layout comprende una cucina, una zona pranzo, due bagni e una terrazza. -Abbiamo mantenuto la cucina esistente e aggiunto un mobile su misura con frigorifero integrato e angolo caffè, completato da illuminazione soffusa, opere d'arte decorative sulle pareti e accenti di colore delicati. -Nella zona pranzo è stata introdotta una parete TV per dare energia allo spazio, insieme a ripiani moderni in un tono fresco e contemporaneo. La terrazza è stata trasformata in un'area vivace e interattiva con un divano accogliente, un tavolo da pranzo estensibile per gli ospiti e una rigogliosa vegetazione lungo il perimetro per portare la natura nel design. _Piano superiore Originariamente con due camere da letto (matrimoniale e singola), abbiamo ampliato il layout per includere una terza stanza aggiungendo una parete divisoria. -La nuova stanza funge da spazio flessibile per lavoro leggero e stiratura, con un divano letto per ospitare gli ospiti.
-Il salotto centrale è stato progettato come area di relax per la famiglia, con divani multipli e una parete TV per le serate insieme. Una parete d'accento in blu navy profondo aggiunge eleganza e calore. -Questo salotto si apre su una terrazza superiore, arredata con un piccolo bar e un divano, circondata dal verde per un rifugio sereno. -Ogni stanza al piano superiore ha una propria identità cromatica, valorizzata da carta da parati, illuminazione nascosta e lampade calde per creare un'atmosfera ricca e armoniosa. Al contrario, il piano terra segue una palette di colori unificata per adattarsi al suo layout aperto. _Questa casa è stata progettata con attenzione per offrire una vita moderna in un ambiente tranquillo, dove ogni arredamento è stato scelto per comfort, stile e facilità d'uso.

This two-story home was designed to blend modern elegance with comfort, creating a peaceful and functional living space.

_Fourth Floor The layout includes a kitchen, dining area, two bathrooms, and a terrace.

-We preserved the existing kitchen and added a custom cabinet with a built-in fridge and coffee corner, complemented by soft lighting, decorative wall art, and subtle color accents.

-In the dining area, a TV wall was introduced to energize the space, along with modern shelving in a fresh, contemporary tone.

The terrace was transformed into a vibrant, interactive zone with a cozy sofa, extendable dining table for guests, and lush greenery around the perimeter to bring nature into the design.

_Upper Floor Originally featuring two bedrooms (Master and Bedroom), we expanded the layout to include a third bedroom by adding a partition wall.

-The new room serves as a flexible space for light work and ironing, with a sofa bed for hosting guests.

-The central lounge was designed as a family relaxation area, featuring multiple sofas and a TV wall for evening gatherings. A deep navy accent wall adds both Elegance and warmth. -This lounge opens onto an upper terrace, furnished with a small bar and sofa, surrounded by greenery for a serene retreat. -Each room on the upper floor carries its own color identity, enhanced with wallpaper, hidden lighting, and warm fixtures to create a rich, harmonious atmosphere. In contrast, the ground floor follows a unified color palette to suit its open layout. _This home was thoughtfully designed to offer modern living with a calm ambiance, where every furnishing was selected for comfort, style, and ease of use.
