This alternative layout introduces an additional room, accommodating potential family growth while maintaining balanced proportions across all spaces. The furniture placement and room sizes are carefully considered to ensure functional harmony and fluid circulation between areas.

The design strategically preserves many of the existing structural walls to minimize demolition and reduce construction costs. With only minor changes, the spatial experience has been significantly enhanced, creating a more open and comfortable environment.

The open-plan configuration for the kitchen, dining, and living areas reflects a modern, airy lifestyle, maximizing interaction and visual continuity. Meanwhile, the guest room and home office are grouped together in a more private and quiet zone, allowing for focused work and visitor accommodation without interfering with the main family spaces.

This solution emphasizes comfort, cost-efficiency, and thoughtful spatial relationships — blending practicality with contemporary aesthetics.
