Dear client,
The main idea in this design was to create functional space with separate zones: day (common areas)/night (bedrooms).
On the south east of the apartment is the large living and dining space. Kitchen is semi open, with all the necessary appliances and a kitchen island that can be also used for daily meals and snacks. This position for common areas was chosen because of it's orientation (south-east) and access to large terrace.
In part of the corridor is a space planned for wardrobe (coats and shoes).
Bathroom (for residents and guests) is positioned in central part of the apartment, so that it can be easily accessed from all points. Laundry room is next to this bathroom, equipped with washer, dryer, closet, ironing board.
In the north-east part of the apartment are two bedrooms, study, storage and master bedroom.
Bedrooms are spacious and can be furnished to your preferences with single or double beds.
Following your guidelines, study is located in quiet part of the apartment and has working desk with ergonomic chair, reading and gaming corners.
Master bedroom has walk in closet and en suite bathroom.
