I disegni presentati consisto in una completa redistribuzione degli ambienti interni, ora in stile più open e convivale ma sempre con possibilità di separare la cucina grazie ad un pratico sistema scorrevole. L’ingresso è nell’ampio living con sala da pranzo e camino il tutto preceduto da un pratico ingresso con mobile a scomparsa portabiti. Il reparto notte si compone di due bagni di cui uno con antibagno e zona lavanderia, e tre camere tutte di generose dimensioni per ospitare quanto richiesto. Per presentare al meglio l’idea si inseriscono due soluzioni che differiscono per quanto riguarda la collocazione della cucina ma soprattutto per le camere visto che nella prima soluzione le camere con pianoforte si affacciano sul lato sinistro mentre nella seconda soluzione si collocano in fondo alla zona notte così da poter dare il balcone alla camera padronale. L’area giorno dispone anche di una comoda libreria con zona smart working in posizione leggermente defilata ma sempre ben illuminata; inoltre il tavolo da pranzo allungabile inserito sempre centro stanza offre la possibilità di invitare partenti ed amici.

The designs presented consist of a complete redistribution of the interior spaces, now in a more open and convivial style but always with the possibility of separating the kitchen thanks to a practical sliding system. The entrance is in the large living room with dining room and fireplace, all preceded by a practical entrance with a disappearing coat rack. The sleeping area consists of two bathrooms, one with an anteroom and laundry area, and three bedrooms all of generous dimensions to accommodate what is required. To best present the idea, two solutions are included that differ in terms of the location of the kitchen but above all for the bedrooms, since in the first solution the bedrooms with piano overlook the left side while in the second solution they are located at the end of the sleeping area so as to be able to give the balcony to the master bedroom. The living area also has a comfortable bookcase with a smart working area in a slightly secluded but always well-lit position; furthermore, the extendable dining table always inserted in the center of the room offers the possibility of inviting relatives and friends.
