Per la distribuzione di questo progetto abbiamo considerato soprattutto il condizionamento acustico, per questo motivo abbiamo deciso di collocare le camere da letto delle ragazze sul retro della casa, destinando la camera più grande alla stanza che comprenderà il pianoforte a coda e il pianoforte verticale all'altra. Nel bagno tra le due camere da letto, abbiamo proposto di collocare la porta in un punto che non invada il corridoio centrale e allo stesso tempo generi una maggiore privacy. L'altro bagno si trova nella zona centrale, che è stata ampliata per collocare la doccia di fronte alla lavatrice e all'armadio dell'asciugatrice. In entrambi i bagni viene rispettata la posizione della toilette e le porte di vetro che dividevano la cucina dalla sala da pranzo vengono riutilizzate come schermi per la doccia. Di fronte al bagno si trova la camera da letto principale e a collegare tutti questi ambienti è un corridoio con illuminazione a filo muro che culmina in uno specchio che dà la sensazione di continuità e ampiezza.
Nella parte anteriore della casa, l'ingresso avviene attraverso una porta che si affaccia sul corridoio centrale; a destra si trova un mobile che serve a riporre cappotti e scarpe, che a sua volta divide il soggiorno dalla sala da pranzo. In cucina è stato proposto un bar centrale, strategicamente posizionato in modo da avere una vista sul balcone; inoltre, le pareti della cucina sono state sfruttate al massimo per collocare i mobili contenitori.

For the distribution of this project we mainly considered the acoustic conditioning, for this reason we decided to locate the bedrooms of the girls at the back of the house, designating the largest bedroom for the room that will include the grand piano and the upright piano in the other. In the bathroom between the two bedrooms, we proposed to place the door in a place that does not invade the central corridor and at the same time generates greater privacy. The other bathroom is located in the central area, which is enlarged to place the shower in front of the washing machine and dryer cabinet. In both bathrooms the location of the toilet is respected and the glass doors that used to divide the kitchen from the dining room are reused as shower screens. Facing the bathroom is the master bedroom and connecting all these rooms is a corridor with flush lighting on the walls and culminating in a mirror that gives the sensation of continuity and amplitude.
In the front part of the house, the entrance is through a door that faces the central corridor, to the right is a piece of furniture that serves to store coats and shoes, which, in turn, divides the living room from the dining room. In the kitchen, a central bar was proposed, strategically located so that it has a view of the balcony, in addition, the walls of the kitchen were used to the maximum to locate storage furniture.
