Residential - Sleaping Area
We carefully designed every detail of this project based on your needs and preferences.
The walls were detailed exactly as you requested, and we used the colors you had selected. At the same time, we sought to blend the unique identity of the Amalfi Coast with modern, contemporary, and minimal styles to create a space that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
Although a kitchen and bathroom were not initially requested for the room without a bathroom, we thoughtfully designed a bathroom for your convenience and included the kitchen layout in the AutoCAD plan only — it is not shown in the 3D visualization. This was done so that the spatial relationship and circulation could still be clearly understood without affecting the visual simplicity of the rendered design.
Throughout the design process, we aimed to balance visual elegance with economic efficiency, ensuring a result that combines beauty, practicality, and cost-effectiveness.
The kitchen was placed near the window to take advantage of natural ventilation and moisture control—especially for the sink and related fixtures—while maintaining a smooth connection to the living area.
For the bedroom that originally lacked a bathroom, we located one near the entrance, allowing a wardrobe to be placed beside it. This layout creates a functional buffer between the room’s entrance and the sleeping area, enhancing both comfort and privacy.
The project includes four bedrooms, designed in two similar pairs. This approach ensures visual harmony and consistency throughout the overall layout.
In general, the placement of the kitchen and bathroom was determined based on principles of functionality, natural light, ventilation, and ease of access—creating a balanced design that unites beauty, comfort, and practicality.
