La proposta consiste in una rivisitazione degli spazi interni in modo da renderli ben fruibili e personalizzati sulla base delle reference da voi fornite. A partire dall’ingresso abbiamo un grande spazio di accoglienza con librerie bifacciali che oltre ad avere la funzione contenitiva, filtrano gli altri ambienti che altrimenti risulterebbero troppo impattanti. Il salone si compone di una zona con divani e sedute per poter fare conversazione ma anche per guardare la tv, troviamo poi la cucina con isola centro stanza e la sala da pranzo. Al piano terra trovano poi spazio per tutti i vari locali ad uso più di servizio e inoltre lo studio che tramite un grande pannello scorrevole si apre sulla zona living. Al piano primo abbiamo poi le tre camere da letto di cui una padronale con cabina armadi e uno spazio bagno. Mentre al piano seminterrato abbiamo la taverna con cucina e zona tv per poi dare spazio alla sala fitness con tutto quanto richiesto per poi continuare con la zona sauna e bagno ed infine la lavanderia.

The proposal consists of a revisitation of the interior spaces in order to make them usable and personalized based on the references provided by you. Starting from the entrance we have a large reception area with double-sided bookcases that in addition to having a storage function, filter the other environments that would otherwise be too impactful. The living room consists of an area with sofas and seats to be able to have a conversation but also to watch TV, then we find the kitchen with a center-room island and the dining room. On the ground floor there is space for all the various rooms for more service use and also the study that through a large sliding panel opens onto the living area. On the first floor we then have the three bedrooms, one of which is the master bedroom with walk-in closet and a bathroom space. While in the basement we have the tavern with kitchen and TV area to then give space to the fitness room with everything required and then continue with the sauna area and bathroom and finally the laundry.
