Arredamento bancone bar e controsoffitto ristorante

La proposta che abbiamo realizzato un bancone tenendo conto della planimetria, ma lasciando uno spazio di circolazione per il personale più ampio di quello mostrato, per migliorare la fluidità spaziale; proponiamo inoltre di coprire la colonna con una forma cilindrica in quanto attenua il limite generato dalla colonna e dà un senso di continuità. In allegato è riportata una planimetria che illustra la posizione del bar e gli arredi necessari sia per le consumazioni del bar che per lo spazio dedicato al caffè e alla panetteria. Nel bar abbiamo collocato settori per il cestino dei rifiuti, un lavandino e una scatola fredda ,oltre a spazi per riporre gli utensili. Per quanto riguarda il soffitto, lo abbiamo progettato per accompagnare il bar, inserendo una scanalatura che rafforza ed evidenzia la morfologia proposta nel bar. In generale, il progetto estetico si è ispirato agli archi delle aperture e alla combinazione di colori di riferimento.

The proposal we made a counter taking into account the floor plan, but leaving a larger circulation space for the staff than shown, to improve spatial fluidity; we also propose to cover the column with a cylindrical shape as it mitigates the limitation generated by the column and gives a sense of continuity. Attached is a floor plan showing the location of the café and the furniture needed for both the bar and the coffee and bakery space. In the bar, we have placed sectors for the waste basket, a sink and a cold box ,as well as spaces for storing utensils. As for the ceiling, we designed it to accompany the bar, inserting a groove that reinforces and highlights the proposed morphology in the bar. In general, the aesthetic design was inspired by the arches of the openings and the reference color scheme.
