The project involves renovating an attic apartment on the first floor of a mountain house with a rustic style. The design includes two proposed solutions that aim to create a comfortable living space with two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, an open kitchen, a small closet, and a wood-burning fireplace.
One of the key design considerations is the spectacular view to the south, which offers breathtaking scenery. To take full advantage of this view, the social area was placed ahead of the south orientation.
The design is meant to create a warm and inviting atmosphere, with a wood-burning fireplace serving as the focal point of the living room. The open kitchen is designed to be functional and modern, while the small closet provides storage space for cleaning tools.
Overall, the proposed design combines functionality and aesthetics, creating a comfortable and beautiful living space that makes the most of the apartment's unique features, such as the exposed wood and stone and the stunning views of the surrounding mountains.
