This competition had its own challenges and I tried to make everything as per your wishes. Therefore, I designed two types of plans. Which I will mention below:
The first alternative
The whole plan is designed according to your wishes. Two bedrooms on both sides of the plan and the hall part in line with the view of the mantra you want. I even tried to give you all the possible possibilities in this design. Two bathrooms are designed. One of which belongs to the master bedroom. In the bathroom, the laundry area is designed in such a way that some of its space is provided by the kitchen. Linear kitchen with an island for comfort and view. There is a fireplace in front of the kitchen. And also next to it is the dining area. The window of this part has been enlarged to make the best use of the view. On the other hand, the movement path in this plan is very comfortable and straight. The hall part is separated from the kitchen and dining area with a hanging TV stand. Also, due to the large window in the living area, you can see the view. In addition to the bathroom, the master bedroom also has a walk-in closet. The special spaces you requested have also been provided. For example, the storage space for the vacuum cleaner and... is provided by a closet next to the fireplace.
The second alternative
The second alternative plan is designed based on the separation of regions. The bedrooms are next to each other and there is a closet between the bedrooms for storage space. The kitchen has been moved to the end of the hall and the space dedicated to the guest (or child) bedroom in the first alternative has become a dining area. There is still a linear kitchen, and instead of the first alternative kitchen, we will have a full wall of shelves and a library. There is also a fireplace in front of the wall of the guest bedroom.

The choice of material and color in this design was based on the resources you sent, and I tried to see the light along with the color of the wood in all spaces. The renderings that have been sent are from the first alternative, and if you request, I can also provide you with the renderings of the second alternative. Questa competizione ha avuto le sue sfide e ho cercato di fare tutto secondo i tuoi desideri. Pertanto, ho progettato due tipi di piani. Che menzionerò di seguito:
La prima alternativa
L'intero piano è progettato secondo i tuoi desideri. Due camere da letto su entrambi i lati del piano e la sala parte in linea con la vista del mantra che si desidera. Ho anche provato a darti tutte le possibili possibilità in questo design. Due bagni sono progettati. Uno dei quali appartiene alla camera matrimoniale. Nel bagno, la zona lavanderia è progettata in modo tale che una parte del suo spazio sia fornita dalla cucina. Cucina lineare con isola per comodità e vista. C'è un camino davanti alla cucina. E accanto c'è anche la sala da pranzo. La finestra di questa parte è stata ingrandita per sfruttare al meglio la visuale. D'altra parte, il percorso del movimento in questo piano è molto comodo e rettilineo. La parte della sala è separata dalla cucina e dalla zona pranzo con un mobile TV sospeso. Inoltre, grazie all'ampia finestra nella zona giorno, è possibile vedere il panorama. Oltre al bagno, la camera matrimoniale dispone anche di una cabina armadio. Sono stati forniti anche gli spazi speciali da voi richiesti. Ad esempio, lo spazio per riporre l'aspirapolvere e... è fornito da un ripostiglio accanto al camino.
La seconda alternativa
Il secondo piano alternativo è progettato sulla base della separazione delle regioni. Le camere da letto sono una accanto all'altra e c'è un armadio tra le camere da letto per lo spazio di archiviazione. La cucina è stata spostata in fondo al corridoio e lo spazio dedicato alla camera degli ospiti (o dei bambini) nella prima alternativa è diventato una zona pranzo. C'è ancora una cucina lineare, e al posto della prima cucina alternativa, avremo una parete piena di mensole e una libreria. C'è anche un camino davanti al muro della camera degli ospiti.

La scelta del materiale e del colore in questo progetto si è basata sulle risorse che hai inviato e ho cercato di vedere la luce insieme al colore del legno in tutti gli spazi. I rendering che sono stati inviati sono della prima alternativa e, se lo richiedete, posso fornirvi anche i rendering della seconda alternativa. Spero che ti piacciano i dettagli di questo design!
