Salve a tutti.
Ho appena acquistato l'abitazione in questione. La casa è degli anni 65 ben costruita che si sviluppa su 2 piani, prosegue con un vano garage,zona tecnica e bagno, costruita in un secondo momento e un laboratorio adiacente dove c'era una falegnameria (costruita in economia ... molto in economia).
L'idea di base è di non modificare il primo piano. Le uniche opere saranno il ripristino degli impianti che devo ancora valutare.
Per quanto riguarda il piano terra a voi le idee.
Ho già in mente cosa fare, ma non essendo del mestiere mi affido a voi. Eventualmente prossimamente potrei caricarlo... il progetto.
Per dare un'idea di come la vorrei, ho inserito una foto di una casa del mio paese, che mi piace molto. L'idea è un richiamo agli anni 50. (Wright, Van de Rohe, Eames ecc). Spero sia possibile dato che farò il cappotto esterno.
Nel mio progetto teorico, ho pensato che con l'avanzare dell'età, di utilizzare solo il piano terra. Per cui predisporrò gli impianti per 2 abitazioni.
