Project description

Two architectural layouts have been proposed, each carefully developed with the same design principles in mind. The placement of bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room has been determined in accordance with the existing shaft locations, ensuring proper connection distances (no longer than 5m) and technical feasibility.

Special attention was given to positioning the kitchen in a location that receives natural light and is as close to the terrace as possible. The dining area is intentionally placed in front of the terrace, allowing for a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. This creates the possibility of an expansive dining experience where both areas can be used simultaneously when desired.
The sleeping zone of the master bedroom is thoughtfully grouped with a dressing and make-up area. A dedicated fitness area has been integrated within the private zone of the bedroom. The space is positioned to receive natural light and provide an outdoor view, enhancing the overall well-being of its users.

The workspace has been designed to receive indirect natural light, offering a degree of isolation while remaining visually and spatially connected to the rest of the home. The entrance includes a proposed cloakroom for practicality and organization. The living area has been kept in its original location as suggested in the existing plan, ensuring a natural flow and optimal use of space.

It is sincerely hoped that these proposals meet the expectations and successfully reflect the vision of a functional, comfortable, and inspiring living space.
