I have designed two different floor plans for you. In both of them I tried to include all your wishes and needs.
I moved the kitchen close to the terrace and separated it from the dining room with a glass door.
In both plans I designed a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a closet, and I designed a separate bathroom, a guest room, a study, a gym and a storage room.
