Residential - Apartment
The Concept is simple.
I want to preserve the existing wall as much as possible, so that it reduces the works and the cost.
The main entrance is shifted toward south, so that it optimizes the Living-Dining-Kitchen (LDK) area.
By turning the entrance, the LDK area would be full (optimize).
Upon entering, you will see shoe rack, coat hanger, etc.
The kitchen actually connected to Living-dining, it only separated by sliding door.
There used to be 2 wardrobe niches along the main corridor, but one wardrobe niches is used for kitchen area (open facing kitchen).
the LDK is the main area, it connects not only to main corridor, buat also home office and balcony.
There are 2 bedrooms, one guest bedroom and one masterbedroom. And also there are 2 bathrooms, one for public (anyone can use) and one for masterbedroom. The Masterbedroom has private balcony.
The last area is the small fitness area that connects to veranda, so that it can be used as Aerial Yoga
The veranda has bench for sitting, or having a breeze of outdoor air.
Hope it meets your expectation
