Residential - Apartment
The proposed project aims to design a modern interior according to the client's request. The planned spaces include: a foyer, sitting room, living room, kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms, a master bedroom, a fitness area, and an office.
The design concept aims to minimize wall demolition while achieving the desired needs. The front foyer is filled with two seating areas to welcome guests and serve as an initial relaxation area upon entering the home. The central area consists of a living room or family gathering space connected to the kitchen and dining room. As requested, the kitchen and dining room are integrated with the outdoor space through door and window openings leading to the balcony. A wall leading to the private area has been reconfigured to create a sense of privacy and an impressive impression in the foyer. The composition of the bedroom and bathroom areas remains unchanged, but the central room has become the master bedroom, and the first bathroom has become the main bathroom. The service area, originally the kitchen and dining room, has been repurposed into a fitness area and office, connected by a single axis to the outdoor area.
