The project involves the construction of the third bathroom in adherence to the two existing, at the closest point to the existing drain pipe in order to simplify the connection operations of the facilities. Access to this space is via a corridor that disengages also a double bed room with attached bathroom exclusive (obtained by changing as little as possible the existing walls) and the new study, which replaces the former kitchen area. The study is divided from the hallway by a glass wall brick so you have a feeling of light and ventilation throughout the home. Among the study and the entrance a small but functional room includes the laundry area. The block of the new bathroom, the laundry, and the wall to the right of flared down to characterize spatially the entrance area. The wall on the right houses a niche hangers and separates the area from that of the living. The directions of these walls continue to stay shaping a false ceiling that houses the trapezoidal LED headlights for the scenic lighting of the living space and its division by the department kitchen and dining room. The flaring volumes are also shooting for blocking the island kitchen and bathroom of the master bedroom in the block. The latter has the flaring upward and circular holes glazed in order to allow the indirect entry of the light coming from the entrance area and from the chamber, being provided for the sliding doors in opaque glass. The two great pillars of the stay-input-shafts and the sleeping area are provided coated brick or tile brick effect in order to diversify and enhance finishes these large volumes "full".
