Description

Dear Client,

I've carefully considered all the given information, requests, and requirements, including the existing project for your house.
I've decided to propose a new solution for the decision of space and internal layout. If you prefer the previous version of the floor plan layout but like this design, it is possible to incorporate and combine the two using the same elements, furniture, and archiving the same aesthetic as shown in this project.
This is a suggestion for a new layout just to give you a few more options to evaluate.

I'll briefly talk through the proposal as a whole and apartment by apartment.

The first floor has 3 instead of 4 windows as per your instruction on the street facade. This largely impacted the decision of placing the bathrooms inward since it is now impossible for both apartments to have a toilet with windows. This being said, I find it more convenient to have them grouped together in a position that has the least natural light while giving all the other spaces more light and a view toward the outside.

Both apartments on this floor have a comfortable bedroom, bathroom, a small kitchenette with a dining nook and lounge area.
Furniture used in these two apartment only differ in choice of colour.

On the second floor the apartment is divided into a large bedroom, bathroom (same as for apartment 1 on the first floor), a lounge area with a pull-out sofa, a dining area and a kitchenette.
The furniture is similar to the first floor, with the change of sofa to accommodate more guests in the larger apartment, and additional dining area with its furniture.

All apartments have their own terrace and the same furniture is used in all terraces.

If you have any further questions or require any additional drawings feel free to contact me.

Kind regards
