Il presente contest è per la progettazione di un piano terra da adibire ad abitazione e un piano seminterrato da adibire a taverna .
L'immobile è stato acquistato già in fase di ristrutturazione , sono infatti gia completi le divisorie che richiederebbero qualche vostra attenta modifica .

- Piano terra
il piano terra va rialzato di 50cm , per creare un piano rialzato con annessi balconcini esterni con affaccio in giardino .

la seconda camera da letto è troppo piccola , bisogna trovare una soluzione per renderla piu' grande .
le serrande vanno sostituite e ristretti con doppio infisso , esternamente blindato . il tutto è da rifinire in stile elegante e moderno .
Si richiede al piano terra oltre al design interno anche un design esterno con la previsione di un giardino e di un angolo barbecue .

E' da considerare che sopra ci sono affacci sul giardino è importante studiare gli spazi del giardino per avere più riservatezza . purtroppo non si possono fare grandi coperture in giardino per non togliere la luce solare alla casa ma conto in un vostro consiglio .

-Piano -1 seminterrato
Rimozione di scala esterna , lascio l'accesso in taverna solo dall'interno . Sono indeciso se chiudere il vano dal cortile in vetro o lasciarlo aperto . Il vano presente sotto può essere in parte chiuso per
rendere piu' grande la taverna . nel vano che resta è piacevole avere un giardino interno per ospitare gli ospiti . nel piano seminterrato interno vorrei invece realizzare un grande angolo relax con grande TV e grande divano
oltre ad avere una seconda cucina con tavolo , nel bagno al piano seminterrato è da predisporre anche una lavanderia , e una camera letto per eventuali ospiti . ( anche qui ho messo delle foto per esprimere i miei gusti ) .

the ground floor must be raised by 50 cm to create a mezzanine with attached external balconies overlooking the garden.

the second bedroom is too small, we need to find a solution to make it bigger.
the shutters must be replaced and limited with double glazing, armored externally. the whole is to be finished in an elegant and modern style.
In addition to the internal project, the ground floor also requires an external project with the preparation of a garden and a barbecue corner.

It must be considered that above there are views of the garden it is important to study the spaces of the garden to have more privacy. unfortunately it is not possible to make large coverings in the garden so as not to remove the sunlight from the house but I count on your advice.

-Floor -1 basement
Removing the external staircase, I leave access to the tavern only from the inside. I am undecided whether to close the compartment from the glazed courtyard or leave it open. The compartment below can be partially closed for
enlarge the tavern. in the remaining room it is pleasant to have an internal garden to welcome guests. in the internal basement I would like to create a large sitting area with a large TV and a large sofa
in addition to having a second kitchen with table, in the bathroom in the basement there is also a laundry room, and a bedroom for any guests. (also here I put some photos to express my tastes).
