APPARTAMENTO FRONTE STRADA

Greetings,
This proposal is inspired by modern minimalism with minimum ornamentation to help maximize space for all functions. The color palate is warm and bright with an off white plastered wall to help illuminate the room, medium brown wood to bring warmth into the space and black/grey to bring contrast between the two former colors. The plastered provides texture to your walls, adding depth and feel of each space.

The radiators have been slightly moved to nearby walls due to layout requirements and to maximize on their efficiency, except for one that remains in place. The position of the sink and cooker is informed by ease and efficiency of maintaining and servicing both utilities. The dividing wall provides an easy link between the kitchen and the dining to minimize movement between the two spaces.

Adjacent to the dividing wall is a prep station that may come in handy when preparing breakfast or light snacks. This also allows one to easily prepare meals as one washes dishes incase of multiple people want to use the kitchen.

The living room is well positioned where one can easily enjoy watching T.V while the French doors simultaneously allow cross ventilation between spaces and ample light illuminating the whole space.
