Il progetto che ho elaborato per l’appartamento di Roma prevede l’unificazione della zona soggiorno e della zona pranzo, l’ampliamento di una stanza e l’aggiunta di un secondo bagno, come da richiesta. Inoltre ho elaborato una soluzione che permette la connessione dell’ altro bagno con la camera da letto matrimoniale.
Ho previsto un arredamento dal design semplice e moderno che si adatta alla nuova pavimentazione in legno.
La zona ingresso è stata in parte ridotta, per permettere l’inserimento di un secondo bagno; uno specchio e un comò bombato la rendono accogliente.
La zona giorno prevede all’ingresso un comodo tavolo, di fronte al balcone; l’angolo cottura divide il soggiorno dalla zona pranzo.
La cameretta è stata ampliata , e nasce dall’unione degli attuali spazi dedicati alla cucina e al bagno.
La camera da letto matrimoniale ha annesso un bagno dotato di doccia e spazio per lavatrice ed eventuale armadio/ripostiglio.
L’illuminazione nella zona ingresso e corridoio è stata studiata con un ribassamento del soffitto in cartongesso e con l’inserimento di punti luce.

The project that I worked for the apartment in Rome provides the unification of the living area and the dining area, the extension of a room and the addition of a second bathroom, as requested. I have also developed a solution that allows the connection of another bathroom with the master bedroom .
I suggested a simple and modern design furniture that adapts to the new wood flooring .
The entrance area has been somewhat reduced, to allow the insertion of a second bathroom, a mirror and a comò make it cozy .
The living area provides a comfortable table at the entrance, in front of the balcony, the kitchen divides the living room from the dining area .
The room was enlarged, thanks to the union of the current space dedicated to the kitchen and the bathroom.
The master bedroom has an attached bathroom with shower and washing machine and space for any wardrobe / closet.
The lighting in the entrance area and the corridor has been studied with a lowering of the plasterboard ceiling and with the insertion of light points.
