Two design options have been prepared according to the client’s requirements:
• Design 1 aligns with the existing plan lines and preserves the terraces.
• Design 2 emphasizes maximum space utilization, incorporating the yard-side terrace into the interior spaces.

The key features and highlights of each design are included in the attached documents for your review.

Natural light has been considered carefully: in Design 1, light penetration is optimized in the corridor (redline area), while in Design 2, natural lighting has been improved for the closet and bathroom areas.

Both designs aim to reduce corridor length, provide efficient storage and laundry spaces, include TV walls in the bedrooms, and integrate work/study areas, libraries, and small game corners.
