Apartment with Attic and Terrace

The concept of this project consists of completely renovating the space through a unifying approach, generating from the three original apartments, a single system that responds to the unique needs of your family.
For this reason, almost, all the original spaces that would not meet the current needs were eliminated, to generate new and rich spaces for the activities of the new users.
The starting point in this new system is a spiral staircase, with an elegant and powerful shape connecting the spaces and floors, located in a large representative area, the staircase is the main element of this space.
Due to the redistribution of spaces, the master bedroom has a closet of more than 5 meters, as well as a private bathroom with double shower and sink.
The studio has a connection to the living room and access to the terrace, as well as a curtain wall that allows natural light to pass through, a guest room and a new common bathroom are also obtained thanks to this new spatial distribution.
The secondary room has a walking closet and private bathroom as well and a small study space for Home Works.
On the terrace, even having a spiral staircase as a central element, the living room, dining room, kitchen and a common bathroom echo the shape of the stair, outside there are recreation and service areas.
