Description

It is one thing to create a home from scratch, placing every wall and window exactly where you want it to be. But when a designer is tasked with creating a beautiful home from what was once a desolate industrial warehouse it is quite another thing.
The open concept kitchen-dining-living room make the space feel wide open while a brick wall and warm wooden floor ensure plenty of extravagant echoes. The division between spaces in this particular design are very fluid and barely perceptible, since the bedrooms are carefully placed behind the living area. Adding to the warm and welcoming feel is a soft, cozy sofa and armchairs. However, not all the furniture in the house is quite so plush. The dining table is a small table tennis piece and the wooden bench allows you to have a sunny breakfast at the bar or enjoy the entertainment in the living room. The industrial metal stools in the kitchen-dining area are more style-forward than soft. They nestle under the table tennis/breakfast bar and their seats can also be made from bicycle seats. It may not make for the most comfortable bowl of cereal, but it sure does look stylish. The color palette is very cool with gray wood floors, wood stamped concrete and neutral beige sofa. Custom shelving in black and wood add a lot of personality on their own, putting books and details on full display.
In the bedrooms, exposed wood walls and beautiful hardwood floors complete the warm look, which also includes some fun elements like cardboard cutout mounted heads, graphic heavy wall art and a bicycle stand above the headboard.
The idea is to bring you a little piece of New York in Milan, carried by an industrial style.
Hope you like it 
