APARTMENT in Milan
The project was designed to make the most of the present structure.
With minimal interventions, a place that offers functionality, comfort and privacy was created. Living room, kitchen and dining area
together, form a compact space which gives a feeling of spaciousness and amenity at the same time.
Good space organization offers more intimate, private areas as well: master bedroom with walk-in closet, large master bathroom and a separate sleeping unit, which includes private bathroom and terrace.
Void spaces like, offer possibility for users to eventually transform the space. The example of living room reference show the possibility of creating mini cinema area, even during the day, since it is sheltered from the light.
The apartment floors and ceilings are covered with concrete layer, except for the bedrooms. In order to obtain more warmer atmosphere bedrooms have a light wooden floor.
The apartment was imagined to have an industrial character with not overly serious approach since is aimed for younger users.
