Apartment Renovation

This project was designed with a focus on rearranging the night and day areas of the apartment. As you requested, I moved the sleeping area to the north side and placed the day and shared areas on the south side.
A main bedroom with a standard size — which also includes the second bathroom — and a single bedroom are separated from the day area by a small hall. The living area is arranged so that you can also use it for reading, and it can be enclosed with a sliding glass door when needed. The TV is placed between the bookshelves.
The bathrooms remain in their original locations, but their internal layouts have been redesigned. The kitchen is placed next to the bathroom and has access to the balcony.
In the entrance area, as well as next to some of the columns and in a corner of the corridor, I added built-in closets to make better use of the available space.
Considering the dimensions and the existing layout, I tried to develop the solution that comes closest to your requirements. I hope the designs meet your expectations.
