here is my solution for your apartment. The main features of this reconstruction aims to create functional and cozy home.
Main entrance leads to small hallway with storage closets. Living area was designed as an open space with comfortable sofas and dining table for 6 people. Kitchen is wide and connected to living area, designed in way so you can separate it or hide it with sliding panels if needed.
There are 4 rooms and 3 bathrooms as you requested. I found a place for separate laundry too. There are two rooms you can use like a master rooms, with roll-away beds.
