This proposal includes 3 options for the possible apartment layout. This allows You to choose different functional distributions and decide what option is more suitable for your needs and realization.
All options follow Your wishes and requirements resulting in functional distribution of rooms with maximum use of space.

I tried to keep living room, kitchen and dining as wide and open as possible.
The master bedroom has, as required, a bathroom for exclusive use.
Room for kids can be divided in the future (variant I and variant III). In variant I one of the rooms should have roof window.

I focused on a good and functional flow chart of the different uses of the apartment.
