La nostra proposta prevede la riorganizzazione dell’appartamento rendendo la zona giorno indipendente dalla zona notte. Ciò è stato possibile posizionando la cucina al posto della camera da letto prevista a sud.
Poiché l’appartamento sarà dotato di un impianto di ventilazione meccanica controllata, le canalizzazioni dell’aria dovranno giungere in tutti i locali e pertanto si è previsto di controsoffittare sia il percorso che dall’ingresso conduce alla cucina che il corridoio di distribuzione della zona notte.
Al centro dell’appartamento sono previsti tre pilastri strutturali che reggono la trave del solaio del piano superiore; essi sono stati nascosti da una armadiatura con ante laccate bianche. Questa contiene, dalla parte dell’ingresso, il guardaroba per i cappotti mentre tra i due pilastri verso la zona living essa potrà essere attrezzata con mensole e cassetti per essere utilizzata secondo le Vostre esigenze.
L’altra parete del soggiorno, confinante con l’appartamento vicino, ospita il mobilio già in Vostro possesso.
Il living è organizzato in modo razionale con la zona pranzo di fronte alla finestra che dà sul terrazzo e a fianco della cucina, mentre il soggiorno con il divano al centro è situato nella zona prossima all’ingresso.
La cucina ora posta a sud potrà essere lasciata completamente aperta e comunicante con la zona pranzo o, qualora ci fosse la necessità, potrà essere chiusa con una porta scorrevole a scomparsa.
La cucina è disposta ad L con la tavola al centro. La parete verso la zona notte presenta le colonne attrezzate mentre l’area lavoro si trova nell’altro lato.
La zona notte prevede la ridistribuzione degli spazi, ottimizzandoli.
A nord sono previste le camere dei due figli dove nella più grande (7) trova posto la Vostra cabina armadio e nell’altra (8) l’arredo della camera del ragazzo.
La camera matrimoniale, che si affaccia sul terrazzo ad est, comunica con un bagno privato dotato di doccia e con una propria cabina armadio.



Our proposal provides for the reorganization of the apartment making the living and sleeping areas separate. This was achieved by placing the kitchen instead of the bedroom.
As the apartment will be equipped with a mechanical ventilation system, the air ducts must be received in every room so you are expected to create a ceiling in the path that leads from the entrance to the kitchen and to the corridor in the sleeping area.
At the center of the apartment there are three structural pillars that hold the beam of the upper floor slab; they were hidden by a wardrobe with white lacquered doors. This contains, on the side of the entrance, the cloakroom for coats and between the two pillars to the living area it can be equipped with shelves and drawers to be used according to your needs.
The other wall of the living room, adjacent to the apartment next door, has to the furniture already in your possession.
The living is organized in a rational manner with the dining area in front of the window overlooking the terrace and next to the kitchen, while the living room with sofa in the center is located next to the entrance.
The kitchen now to the south will be left completely open and communicating with the dining area or, if there was a need, it can be closed with a sliding door.
The kitchen is willing to L with the board at the center. The wall towards the sleeping area has the function columns while the work area is located on the other side.
The sleeping area includes the redistribution of spaces, optimizing them.
To the north it is provided for the rooms of the two children; in the largest (7) finds place your closet and in the other (8) finds place the furnishing of the boy's room.
The master bedroom, which overlooks the terrace to the east, communicates with a private bathroom with shower and its own walk-in closet.
