The evolution of contemporary living space, implies a particular attention to the issue of the residence, acquires new connotations, with significant relationships between the management problems, functional and technological; this involves, for the different figures and social situations, the opportunity of disparate living spaces, socialization and relationship with the city.
The main idea of the project is to maintain as much as possible a layout already studied, the slight modification of the spaces, through measures planimetric offers the perfect functionality and livability of the space in relation to user needs.
The surfaces are treated in a simple way, with a few coatings which identify different living spaces, the spaces are kept large and not divided in order to guarantee a high contemporary livability.
Most area was allocated to the living area, kitchen and living room where you eat, you talk, you watch a movie, with its own external extension become the focus socially active domestic space. Deliberately, the kitchen and the living room are separated by a large sliding glass door that splits or combines the two spaces according to the living needs.
Entry is divided from the rest of the space by a double-sided bookcase, first characterizing the apartment, for use as a container of everyday objects, while in the opposite side there is a full height wardrobe to store coats and clothing.
The rooms have been reversed from to the original layout, the rooms of the children are grouped to the north, while the master bedroom to the south, will enjoy greater privacy with its own bathroom and a hallway with wardrobes.
The existing furniture has been reused to reduce costs, they will be enhanced with new stylish furnishings, neutral and simple, with white and gray colors that match perfectly with the rest of the environment.
