The concept was developed to maximize the living area, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains while seamlessly integrating two bedrooms and two bathrooms within the space. Each bedroom has been designed to meet minimum design standards while optimizing functionality for comfort and practicality.

The bathrooms have been thoughtfully reconfigured without altering their original locations, ensuring a smooth construction process by utilizing existing service lines efficiently. The kitchen, designed with a minimalist approach, is positioned near the entrance and partially opens into the living area, creating a sense of connection while maintaining functionality.

For the finishes, a rustic aesthetic has been introduced, featuring a soothing colour palette that highlights natural textures. This approach ensures the space with a calm and cozy ambiance, making it a welcoming retreat.
