The two big rooms 383x497cm and 406x497cm are
devided each one by new internal walls, which easily
can be made of dry wall( plasterboard Knauf ) or Ytong. So in that way we have 4 new rooms ( the
smallest one is bedroom 3 - 8,53m2 , and the other
three one - with area of 10m2 ). We have one more bedroom - next to the entrance, so now we have 5
individual bedrooms.
Next to the old bathroom 1 are created 2 new bathrooms, so in the new variant at the apartment
there are 3 smaller baths and one bigger bathroom
in which can be positioned washing machine and
hot water boiler.
Floor coverings at the bedrooms could be laminated wood and at the entrance, kitchen and bathrooms -
ceramic tiles.
At the end the apartment is consist of 5 individual single bedrooms, kitchen, entrance, 4 bathrooms.
