Using you guidelines and ideas of what you would like you apartment to be, I have created a spacious, open, light environment for a modern couple with a child. There are two bedrooms where the bigger one is intended for the child because it is separated from the living area and is also his living/entertaining space. There are two bathrooms. Larger bathroom has a bathtub and smaller or guest bathroom has a shower and laundry. Kitchen area is slightly hidden behind the bar area which is useful when entertaining and making food at the same time. I have given the whole apartment a light palette with a hint of color.
