Gentile committente, le propongo due soluzioni, di cui la seconda tiene conto delle ultime informazioni, riguardo al posizionamento dei bagni, mentre la prima richiede il prolungamento degli impianti. In entrambi i casi l’obiettivo del progetto è stato quello di creare uno spazio di ingresso più accogliente, con apertura diretta verso il soggiorno – pranzo- cucina, pensato come open space , con un layout fluido e un ambiente luminoso, arioso con spazi condivisi; la realizzazione di una parete divisoria, con ampia porta a pacchetto, tra soggiorno e cucina pranzo, rende lo spazio flessibile e trasformabile con la possibilità di scelta sulla chiusura o meno della vista verso la cucina ( si può decidere di non realizzare questa parete e lasciare l’ ambiente unico). La nuova distribuzione degli ambienti prevede la non contiguità delle due camere da letto, che mantengono comunque, attraverso un disimpegno, un ingresso riservato rispetto all’area living. I bagni, uno con vasca e l’altro con doccia, hanno un accesso indipendente, in modo da poter essere fruiti indistintamente da tutti gli inquilini. La camera da letto padronale, abbastanza comoda, +è pensata con un’ampia cabina armadio che sfrutta in altezza la possibilità di usufruire di numerosi spazi e scomparti, adatti alle diverse esigenze, per organizzare vestiti e scarpe senza effettuare alcun cambio di stagione. Sul lato nord est è stata creata la lavanderia, con accesso autonomo nella prima soluzione, e nell’area d’ingresso, tra la parete della camera , la cucina e il pilastro centrale, è stato ricavato uno spazio contenitore con mensole aperte o chiuse, a seconda delle preferenze.

Dear customer, I propose two solutions, of which the second takes into account the latest information, on the positioning of the bathrooms, while the first requires the extension of the exhaust system. In both cases the objective of the project has been to create a more welcoming entry space, with direct opening towards the living room – lunch- kitchen, thought of as open space, with a fluid layout and a bright, airy environment, with spaces shared; the realization of a dividing wall, with wide folding door, between living room and kitchen, makes the space flexible and transformable with the possibility of choice on the closing or not of the view towards the kitchen (you can decide not to realize this wall and leave the environment unique). The new distribution of the rooms foresees the non-contiguousness of the two bedrooms which still maintain, through a disengagement, a reserved entrance from the living area. The bathroom, one with bathtube and the other with shower, have independent access, so that they can be enjoyed by all the tenants . The master bedroom, quite comfortable, is conceived with a large walk-in closet that exploits in height the possibility to take advantage of numerous spaces and compartments, suitable for the different needs, to organize clothes and shoes without making any change of season. On the north- east side has been created the laundry with independent entrance, in the first solution, and in the entrance area, between the wall of the bedroom, the kitchen and the central pillar, has been obtained a container space with shelves open or closed, depending of preferences.
