ANOTHER WORLD: LA NOSTRA NUOVA CASA …
Vogliamo costruire la nostra nuova casa su un lotto in pendenza di circa 1.000 mq posto all’angolo tra due vie cittadine, previa demolizione dell’edificio esistente.
La capacità edificatoria del lotto è di circa 885 mc. Il nuovo edificio deve essere a distanza di 5 ml dai confini e di 10 ml dagli edifici vicini. Nel lotto sono presenti alberi, anche di grandi dimensioni, che possibilmente andrebbero preservati (fatta eccezione per quelli più vicini all’edificio da demolire).
La casa deve essere funzionale per la vita della nostra famiglia (genitori con una figlia). La si pensava disposta su tre piani (seminterrato, terra e primo), con un’estetica moderna, ma non fredda, con tetto a falde inclinate e un’organizzazione degli spazi aperta ed ordinata.
Deve avere una cucina con un tavolo per la cena, un salone grande con un'area pranzo ed una zona relax. Sono poi necessarie 4 camere da letto e 2 bagni. Il seminterrato lo si pensava con una piccola area studio, taverna ed area fitness-wellness (sauna, idromassaggio). La casa deve essere accessibile ai portatori di handicap e dotata di ascensore interno.
Nell’area esterna, da riorganizzare completamente con una nuova recinzione che garantisca privacy ed eventuali terrazzamenti, vanno individuati almeno due posti auto, da aggiungere al garage dell’abitazione.



ANOTHER WORLD: OUR NEW HOME ...
We want to build our new home on a sloping lot of 1.000 square meters on the corner of two streets, after the demolition of the existing building.
The building capacity of the lot is about 885 cubic meters. The new building must be at a distance of 5 ml from the borders and 10 ml from neighboring buildings. In batch trees are present, even of large size, which possibly should be preserved (except for those closer to the building to be demolished).
The house has to be functional for the life of our family (parents with a daughter). The thought on three floors (basement, ground and first floor), with a modern aesthetic, but not cold, with pitched roof and organization of spaces open and orderly.
Must have a kitchen with a table for dinner, a large living room with a dining area and a relaxation area. Are then needed four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The basement of the thought with a small area study, basement and fitness-wellness (sauna, whirlpool). The house must be accessible to disabled and equipped with internal lift.
In the garden, to reorganize completely with a new fence that ensures privacy and any terracing, should be identified at least two parking spaces, to add to the garage of the house.
