Ampliamento zona giorno - Extension of the living area

Hi client. I designed a floor plan with 4 different alternatives that you can consider. alternative 1: concept without changing the existing floor plan. from the main door there is a living room and on the left side there is a pantry and kitchen and become one with the dining room. while the fireplace area remains in place.
alternative 2: from the main door directly facing the living room with a new position for the fireplace. while the left side is directly facing the dining room which is one with the kitchen area.
alternative 3: the entrance is changed from the left side which was previously a window. enter and face the foyer / transition area, then to the right meet the dining area which is one with the kitchen area. adjacent to the living room area with the new fireplace position, by extending towards the terrace with a garden.
alternative 4: the direction of the entrance is extended towards the terrace so that it directly meets the kitchen and is parallel to the dining area while the left side is the living room complete with the new fireplace position and its piano.

Salve cliente. Ho progettato una planimetria con 4 diverse alternative che puoi prendere in considerazione. Alternativa 1: concept senza modificare la planimetria esistente. Dall'ingresso principale si accede al soggiorno e sul lato sinistro alla dispensa e alla cucina, che diventano un tutt'uno con la sala da pranzo, mentre la zona camino rimane invariata.
Alternativa 2: dall'ingresso principale si accede direttamente al soggiorno con una nuova posizione per il camino, mentre il lato sinistro si affaccia direttamente sulla sala da pranzo, che è un tutt'uno con la cucina.
Alternativa 3: l'ingresso viene modificato rispetto al lato sinistro, che in precedenza era una finestra. Si entra e ci si affaccia sull'atrio/zona di transizione, poi a destra si incontra la zona pranzo, che è un tutt'uno con la cucina. Adiacente alla zona soggiorno con la nuova posizione del camino, si estende verso la terrazza con giardino.
Alternativa 4: l'ingresso viene esteso verso la terrazza, in modo che incontri direttamente la cucina e sia parallelo alla zona pranzo, mentre il lato sinistro è il soggiorno, completo della nuova posizione del camino e del suo pianoforte.
