Description

Dear Client,

Its been a pleasure to work on your project and I hope I've managed to meet your expectations regarding the design.

The plan is divided into two areas, the rooms for rent and an apartment for your mother.

As you enter the shared space the entrance to the rooms for rent is to the right. The rooms are of similar size and so are the bathrooms. The rooms are furnished with 160x200 cm beds but there is enough space to fit 180x200 cm beds is preferred. The beds are accompanied by bedside tables and bedsides the sleeping area has a desk with a built-in mini-fridge and a lounge chair. The tv is mounted on the wall opposite the bed, and a wardrobe is built-in next to it. The bathrooms are equipped with a large walk-in shower, toilet, bidet, and double sinks.
In the second option, a hot tub is placed by the window to provide a view of the outside while using the tub, and the rest of the bathroom is kept intact, and the bathroom in the other room is adjusted to fit this change.
The tub position could be changed but this would require additional installation works that could be unnecessary. (switch position of the desk and the tub)

The apartment has a small hallway with a built-in wardrobe as you enter it. The niche in the wall is used for a bioethanol fireplace but can be used for bookshelves and tv instead of preferred.
The lounge is small but functional. It's furnished with a sofa and lounge chair and coffee table.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with a fridge, oven, microwave, cooking hob, small dishwasher, sink, and enough storage space.
The dining space is set up for 4 people, but could on occasion be rotated to hoast 6.
The apartment bedroom is accessed from the living area (an additional door from the shared hallway can be added by making the wardrobe a little smaller if needed).
The bedroom is furnish3d with a large double bed, a large built-in wardrobe, tv mounted on the wall opposite the bed. The bathroom is accessed from the bedroom which is more convenient at night, but this also allows more space in the living area.

I've attached renderings of one of the bedrooms for rent, and renderings of the apartment living area as I find these spaces most characteristic for you to get an idea of what the design would look like.

If you have any additional questions regarding the project feel free to contact me.

Kind regards
