Il progetto presentato propone la completa riqualificazione dell’appartamento, e senza adottare soluzioni eccessivamente invasive ha come principali obiettivi quello di donare alla casa un nuovo stile in chiave moderna con abbinamenti più classici e quindi rendere la zona living a pianta più libera e collegata direttamente alla cucina separata da un’ampia vetrata scorrevole in stile con le reference inserite; qui trova spazio anche un comodo ripostiglio / dispensa. Il camino viene ridotto rendendolo meno invasivo e circoscritto da un piano basso con adiacente mobile tv identificandosi come elemento fulcro dell’area living e andando a creare un’ulteriore zona ad uso home office o hobby. Armadiature a muro e sistemi contenitivi adiacenti all’ingresso abbinano la praticità all’eleganza estetica introdotta. La zona notte si compone della camera padronale con terrazzo; due bagni di cui uno con zona lavanderia e seconda camera doppia. Viene proposta anche una seconda soluzione simile dal punto di vista concettuale, ma con accorgimenti funzionali differenti in particolar modo la zona camino viene notevolmente ridotta per ospitare maggiori armadiature e la camera padronale diventa una vera suite con bagno in camera.

The project presented proposes the complete redevelopment of the apartment, and without adopting excessively invasive solutions has as its main objectives that of giving the house a new style in a modern key with more classic combinations and therefore making the living area freer and connected directly to the kitchen separated by a large sliding window in style with the inserted references; here there is also a comfortable storage room / pantry. The fireplace is reduced making it less invasive and circumscribed by a lower floor with an adjacent TV unit identifying itself as the fulcrum element of the living area and creating an additional area for home office or hobby use. Built-in wardrobes and storage systems adjacent to the entrance combine practicality with the aesthetic elegance introduced. The sleeping area consists of the master bedroom with terrace; two bathrooms, one with laundry area and second double bedroom. A second solution is also proposed that is similar from a conceptual point of view, but with different functional features, in particular the fireplace area is considerably reduced to accommodate more wardrobes and the master bedroom becomes a real suite with en-suite bathroom.
