Description

The idea for this project provides a substitution of pavement from tiling to parquet flooring composed of durmast that allows a better light reflected, that means a better illumination for the entire area.
The first room is the living room with minimalist furniture and the main wall with a natural stone cladding, which gives to the room a nice touch of light, with a ceiling where there will be installed three spotlights to bring out the strips of the stone cladding.
The second room is an open kitchen to the living room. It has been choosen to not change the sink´s position in order to not remove the pipes, decreasing the cost and problems this could involved, and also equipped with a kitchen and some cabinets, moreover, we can see an extendable table up to 2,00 meters and three high cabinets where the oven, the fridge and a bigger one which is thought as a pantry are positioned.
The third room is the bathroom, where the sink and the wc are in adherence with the kitchen´s sink, always for pipe´s reason, and to have an only one water discharge. In front of this, there will be a cabinet where the washing machine can be encase that acts as a laundry room, and a large shower in order to be able to move freely and comfortable.
Finally, the last room is the bedroom, composed of a big wardrobe with six doors, two of them act as mirror, so the light will be reflected and the room will be lighter, a big bed with a retractable container under and a headboard that allows you to put personal objects on.
The cost of the whole project, which includes the furniture purchase, the stone cladding and the pavement, is the 6795 €
