Briefing

Vorrei un bilocale dallo stile minimale contemporaneo, pavimentazione in parquet . La zona cucina deve occupare uno spazio minimo ed essere ben integrata con gli altri arredi. L’altezza dei soffitti è di 360 cm pertanto, ove possibile, vorrei sfruttarne l’altezza con mobili su misura. Il bagno deve essere ampliato rispetto alla planimetria originale per ospitare una doccia importante. L’appartamento è posto al piano rialzato e di conseguenza ho la necessità che sia gli arredi, il parquet e le pareti contribuiscano alla luminosità. Sono graditi alcuni inserimenti di carte da parati per rendere l’ambiente raffinato

My wish is to have a flat with a minimal and contemporary style. The floor needs to be in hardwood. The kitchen must occupy a small space and needs to be integrated with all the other furnitures. The ceiling is 360 cm tall, this is why is important to have some taylor made furnitures to gain space. The bathroom needs to be enlarged, the main focus is to have a big and fancy shower. Another key aspect is brightness, all the items in the flat have needs to improve the lights inside the rooms. A wallpaper is considered a good idea to make the ambient a little bit more sophisticated.
