I offer you a proposal for the Interior design and plans of Ground Floor Plan (Bellotti Real Estate) .
Your project space has been divided into three sections:
1- A section containing the owner’s office and a meeting table separated by a wooden partition, in addition to a special corner for reading and relaxing.
2- A section containing the three offices required to be established on the other side of the project
3 - A large space in the middle containing a reception table and a special space for waiting for clients in a psychologically comfortable environment that aims to attract clients to the real estate office, with a special space at the entrance for the owner’s motorcycle corner.
The external landscape was designed to contain special pergolas for waiting for customers, with 3 pergolas, one of which is relatively large, with space allocated to park the owner’s car, along with many trees, plants, and picturesque views, so that the office design is highlighted from the inside, so that it is reflected on the outside, so passers-by can see it clearly.
A part was designed at the entrance with two chairs for relaxing, and its purpose is to highlight the talent of the office at its core, so that passers-by can see the extent of the creativity of its employees, as well as the reflection of this part on the other side with the design of a corner for drinking coffee, and this is only intended to display the furniture and design and not for use.
