Il progetto prevede il ripristino degli ambienti interni mantenendo il più possibile le murature esistenti, dando spazio alle richieste del cliente.
La zona giorno si sviluppa in un open space che racchiude angolo cottura, area relax, spazio studio e lettura, oltre all'ingresso, ben definito dall'arredo.
Si è sfruttato l'impianto esistente per avere un bagno di servizio con nicchia lavanderia nell'attuale bagno.
La zona notte si suddivide invece in camera matrimoniale, camera doppia e ampio bagno realizzato ex novo con propria finestra per areazione e illuminazione naturale.
Ogni intervento va fatto con le valutazioni necessarie di normativa tecnica comunale e di fattibilità strutturale e impiantistica.
