Dear Sir,

First of all, I would like to congratulate you on your new apartment, and I truly hope that my proposal will provide everything you are looking for.

** Since the two bathrooms — the one from the existing apartment and the one from the new apartment — are located next to each other, which I found not very functional, I decided to dedicate one of them to the master bedroom.

** I also extended the length of the second bathroom by approximately 30 cm and suggested a sliding door option — if you prefer — in order to make the space more comfortable, spacious, and practical.

** Considering your request not to demolish any structural/load-bearing walls in both apartments, the layout naturally resulted in three main zones — in addition to the kitchen:

A living area

A dining area

A guest area

I also allocated part of the laundry room to create a private bathroom for the guest room, with a door positioned close to the room itself. Additionally, there is the possibility of relocating this door to open directly from inside the guest room if approval is granted to create an opening of approximately one meter in the nearby load-bearing wall.

** As requested, I also designed:

- a dedicated laundry room,

- a study/home office,

- and a storage room.
