It was great pleasure to wok on your apartment, and adding 3D visuals was great idea.
In the meanwhile, I have some very very important notices, please read it carefully.
1. LIVING AREA, I decide to make the bathroom smaller as possible, literally to sacrifice them, to enable giant huge living room, lit by light from both sides, which I admire very important, to enable windows from sides, as your living room has big depth,
so without windows on both sides, it would be pretty much dark.
2. LAVANDERIA, is located in the part of apartment where there is no water supply nor sewerage, but, please do not panic, it's not an issue, it could be easily fixed.
We'll supply the water from the toilet previously located in the entrance, and dirty water will be back in the same location. Simple, by lifting the washing machine by 25cm we could achieve the slope of even 3.5%, which is quit enough for perfect leaving the dirty water. This could not be done with toilet, ofcourse, but with lavanderia, it could be done, as water sewerage for lavanderia use smaller pipe sections.
3. BATHROOMS, are as small as possible. Simple, if you want to win, you have to sacrifice something, and this time, those are bathrooms. Assuming that you most of the day in living area, not bathroom. When you leave the bath, and finish the job, it is not so much important how big it is, while it works in proper way.
4. BEDROOMS and CORRIDOR, regular rooms, and corridor wit big storage space.
