Addressing your specific requirements was paramount, and I'm pleased to confirm that the project includes provisions for accommodating 8-9 guests at the dining table, as well as spaces for recreational activities such as pool table and football table. The balcony was meticulously curated to feature a pergola, shower, Beach Shezlong, and a hammock, all in alignment with your envisioned lifestyle.

Efficiency was a key consideration in the layout, ensuring that corridors were minimalistic while maintaining a sense of openness in the entrance, kitchen, and living room areas. The master bedroom boasts a dedicated wardrobe area, makeup table, and a cozy relaxation space furnished with versatile couches, complemented by access to a private bathroom.

In accordance with your preferences, a secondary room was outfitted with a double beds, accompanied by entertainment amenities including a TV with PlayStation and a stylish metal bookshelf (reminiscent of your wine bottle holder).
