An attic with sea view.
What I would like for this holiday home is a meeting between modern / minimal style, simplicity and colors that call to mind the summer (blue, orange, white). The contest concerns the organization of the kitchen spaces which is close to the entrance: due to the choices made to distribute the other rooms, that was the only place to be able to locate it.
The house, for four people, is mostly designed as an open space: kitchen, living room with sea view and main bedroom, with the latter two not separated from the usual partition wall but from a partition that it will contain some books, plants and objects. The rest of the house consists of another bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The white will be used a lot (some furniture, doors, some walls) and then there will be colors, starting from the sofa (probably a shade of blue or orange) and some walls (probably shades of blue or orange, also depending on the final choice of bathroom coatings that play on the same colors). The floor will be clear, wood effect.
Some indications: I would like the sink under the window and that the kitchen includes an oven, an induction hob and an open fridge. I really like the idea of the island or peninsula with fires and places to have lunch, maybe staggered, or a table with an L-shaped bench and the rest of the seats with normal chairs. But they are just ideas and I am open to any other solution … I can’t wait to see your projects !!

Una mansarda vista mare.
Ciò che vorrei per questa futura casa vacanze è un incontro tra stile moderno/minimal, semplicità e colori che ricordino l’estate (azzurro, arancio, bianco). Il contest riguarda l’organizzazione degli spazi della cucina che, ahimè, è a ridosso dell’ingresso: per le scelte fatte di distribuzione degli altri ambienti, quello era l’unico posto dove poterla localizzare.
La casa, per quattro persone, è pensata per gran parte come open space: cucina, living vista mare e camera da letto principale, con queste ultime due separate non dal solito tramezzo ma da un divisorio vedo/non vedo che conterrà qualche libro, piante e oggetti. Il resto della casa è poi costituito da un’altra stanza da letto e un bagno con doccia. Il bianco verrà usato molto (alcuni mobili, porte, alcune pareti) e poi ci saranno colori, a partire dal divano (probabilmente una tonalità di blu o di arancio) e da alcune pareti (probabilmente tonalità di azzurro o arancio, anche a seconda della scelta finale dei rivestimenti del bagno che giocano sugli stessi colori). Il pavimento sarà chiaro, effetto legno.
Alcune indicazioni: mi piacerebbe il lavello sotto la finestra e che la cucina preveda forno, piano ad induzione e frigo a vista. Mi piace molto l’idea dell’isola o penisola con i fuochi e i posti per pranzare, magari sfalsati, oppure tavolo con una panca a L e il resto delle sedute con le normali sedie. Ma sono solo delle idee e sono aperta a qualsiasi altra soluzione…. non vedo l’ora di vedere i vostri progetti!!
