Description

Our proposal consists in opening all the interior space to make a wide and luminous open space office.
We propose the demolition of all the interior walls and to replace some of them with sliding glass wall (with sliding curtains for private chats - image 01). In this way, we have the sensation of an ample work space that takes advantage of the natural illumination coming from the existing windows.

On the Ground Floor we propose a reception, with a small waiting and coffee area for costumers; an OPEN SPACE for the Logistic department (6 pax); a private room for the manager and a meeting room for 3-4 pax; finally, a large ENCLOSED STORAGE ROOM completely out of reach of the visitors. On both floors, in the wall between the open space and the bathroom, we propose a modular plywood shelves system made of closed and open elements combined, to store all the daily documents.
On the First Floor, you enter directly into the modern and young lounge area, with the kitchen for the employees, that communicates visually with the entire open working space reserved for the Account department (6 pax) and the Marketing & Sales department (8 pax). On one side of this OPEN SPACE there’s a large SLIDING ARCHIVES STORAGE (for a better use of space - image 03) separated by sliding glass walls from the working space; on the other side there are two private rooms for the managers.

About the choice of materials, we opted for a reduced range of material and natural colours: clear lightly polished concrete on the floor and the ceiling, plywood with a natural finishing, whiteboards paint (image 02) and a touch of shiny yellow in the archives and the kitchen.
