This concept solution was adjusted to your wishes and existing elements in the room, where i have changed the layout and open the wall between two rooms, so that now the kitchen and the dining area is accessible from the entrance of your house, hallway entrance through a door and a small hallway.
While your living room is in it’s own space and it is not affected by the comunication between the other areas.
Using your existing elements i have tried my best to make the room feel updated , like your picture references.
